RETURNS
Subject to the restrictions below, you may return any item in its original unused condition within 7 days of receiving it. To qualify for a full refund or replacement you must return the items in good condition and in the original packaging.
We regret that we cannot offer this guarantee on goods that have been worn or any briefs, boxers or similar items that have been opened or on any adult toys, unless the product
is found to be faulty.
If you receive the wrong goods, or goods damaged in transit, you must contact Sexykit.com immediately by phone or e-mail and tell us what has happened. We will give you a damaged goods return number that you should write on the parcel you return the goods in.

The prices throughout this website include free delivery to billing address.
GIFT WRAPPING
While we take every precaution while packing and preparing your items for delivery, we regret that we cannot be held responsible for the condition of the gift wrapping when it is delivered.
DELIVERY
Your order will be dispatched by Royal Mail, 1st class.
Our delivery times are normally accurate, however all the times stated
are approximate. We cannot be held responsible for any situations beyond
our control. Sexykit.com will not be held responsible for any
tax payable outside the UK , therefore any tax levied by any other country
on delivery of our products is the responsibility of the purchaser.
PRODUCTS
Some of the products in sexykit.com do not meet the UK flammability performance requirements. Consequently, in accordance with the UK nightwear safety regulations 1986 bear the legend KEEP AWAY FROM FIRE. We cannot be held responsible for any regulations fire or otherwise outside the UK.
SECURITY
In the extremely unlikely event that your credit card is used fraudulently as a direct result of ordering from Sexykit.com then if your bank or credit card company holds you responsible (which it may not do), we will cover your liability up to £50 provided that the unauthorised use is through no fault of your own.
NOTE: This offer only applies to orders placed through our secure server, and there is a maximum liability of £50. In the event of unauthorised use of your credit or debit card, you must notify your card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
PRIVACY
If you register your e-mail address or full account details with us we will send you details of our new products, special offers and promotions as soon as they happen by e-mail. It is not our present policy to give your details to anyone else, we will only use them to enhance the service provided by us to you.
