Sexykit.com offers you a guarantee that if you're in any way dissatisfied with the
goods you have ordered, we will exchange them or give you a full refund.
Unfortunately we cannot offer this guarantee on goods that have been worn or any briefs, boxers or similar items that have been opened or on any adult toys, unless the product
is found to be faulty.
Please let us know within 7 days (where possible) on the phone number
or e-mail below and we will issue a returns number to write on the parcel
you return the goods in.
If you receive the wrong goods, or they were damaged in transit, you must
contact Sexykit.com immediately by phone or e-mail and tell us what has
happened. We will give you a damaged goods returns number that you should
